If you want your SNK Neo Geo Pocket Color NGPC or NGPC Slim refurbished or modified with the mod kits and upgrades from our store, but can't or don't want to do it yourself, we will do it for you. We've provided this service to many customers already and will be happy to do it for you too!

Note that you need to buy all of the mod kits in addition to this service, the service only covers the labour costs involved.

Refurbishment

• Capacitor, LED and speaker replacement (use this one for NGPC Slim)
• IPS LCD Screen installation (use this one for NGPC Slim)
• Deep ultrasonic clean of the console and buttons

If you want to keep all of the original parts and components we remove from your NGPC, please let us know when placing your order, in the notes section. We will assume that you would like your old components disposed of safely otherwise.

If your console is missing a battery door, or you have a cracked joystick button, we offer a range of replacement parts.

The way this service works is:

1. You place your order along with the mod service and all of the parts/kits you want fitted
2. You securely package and post your console to us (please use a tracked and/or insured shipping option)
3. We will upgrade your console
4. Your console will be sent back, insured (return shipping and insurance is factored into the cost)
5. If you have any issues with your console when it's back with you, we will resolve them at our cost
